- •7+ years experience as a Flavourist or accepted industry equivalent
- •Flavour Creation experience in Beverages segment
- •Expert level tasting skills and ability to adjust flavour formulations
- •Expert level knowledge of raw materials and flavour ingredients
- •Expert level ability to interface with customers on flavour creation
- •Ability to prepare and present flavour creation technical presentations
- •Expert level knowledge of suitable delivery systems for applications
- •Expert level knowledge of analytical methodologies (GC-MS, HPLC)
- •Expert level knowledge of technology for improved flavour performance
- •Ability to supervise and manage flavour assistant(s)
- •Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
