## Job Description
As **Senior Financial Controller (f/m/x)**, you will take ownership of financial controlling and accounting processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and reliable financial reporting.
You will support the development and enhancement of the financial controlling infrastructure, drive cross-functional process improvements, and help ensure scalable and compliant financial operations as the company continues to grow.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of financial statements.
* Develop and automate dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to track costs and profitability.
* Refine and implement intercompany cost allocation models.
* Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
* Support audits and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
## Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in internal or external auditing.
* Advanced Excel skills (including macros and Power Query) and proficiency in SQL.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Lucanet).
* Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, as well as relevant tax regulations.
* Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
