Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- •4–6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit
- •Strong understanding of divisional financial processes
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Advanced system proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- •Fluency in German and a second language

Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare and analyze financial reports on Profit & Loss and key performance indicators (KPIs) for DACH countries
- •Serve as a strategic finance partner to key stakeholders, supporting business cases and analyzing monthly trends
- •Lead LBE planning sessions and set sales targets
- •Act as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and processes, leveraging Essbase, Excel, and Power BI
- •Drive greater adoption of Power BI and introduce AI solutions to enhance reporting efficiency
- •Support the FP&A Manager and EMEA HQ team in consolidating and reviewing deliverables for LBE, MEC, and Confirm cycles
- •Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial operations across the DACH region
