Anforderungen
- •Significant experience in the financial services industry, ideally in insurance or reinsurance
- •Proven expertise in planning and performance management, particularly in analysis of financial statements and performance metrics specific to insurance or reinsurance
- •Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders including senior management
- •Ease in working in a global team and maintaining effective remote relationships
- •Analytical and problem-solving ability to provide insight in complex situations
- •Ability to manage projects and develop solutions considering complex stakeholder structures and requirements
- •Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and SAP experience for reporting
- •Experience in applying AI and ML to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial

- •Increase efficiencies by setting and harmonizing global standards
