Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or extensive experience in Accounts Payable and E-Invoicing
- •Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance with focus on AP and E-Invoicing
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Strong understanding of global financial compliance and regulatory environments
- •Experience working with ERP systems, especially SAP
- •Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
- •Experience in a multinational manufacturing or automotive environment
- •Exposure to AI or automation technologies in finance, particularly P2P and E-Invoicing solutions
- •Project management experience or certification

- •Serve as the main contact for global E-Invoicing matters
- •Monitor international regulatory developments for E-Invoicing compliance
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to define E-Invoicing standards and protocols
- •Contribute to the global implementation of E-Invoicing solutions
- •Partner with IT and vendors for seamless E-Invoicing integration
- •Evaluate current AP processes to identify standardization and automation opportunities
- •Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize AP processes
- •Recommend and support process improvements for operational efficiency
- •Establish process monitoring tools and KPI dashboards for performance tracking
