Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or extensive experience in Accounts Payable and E-Invoicing
•Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance with focus on AP and E-Invoicing
•Advanced Excel skills
•Strong understanding of global financial compliance and regulatory environments
•Experience working with ERP systems, especially SAP
•Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
•Experience in a multinational manufacturing or automotive environment
•Exposure to AI or automation technologies in finance, particularly P2P and E-Invoicing solutions
•Project management experience or certification

•Serve as the main contact for global E-Invoicing matters
•Monitor international regulatory developments for E-Invoicing compliance
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define E-Invoicing standards and protocols
•Contribute to the global implementation of E-Invoicing solutions
•Partner with IT and vendors for seamless E-Invoicing integration
•Evaluate current AP processes to identify standardization opportunities
•Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for optimizing AP processes
•Recommend and support process improvements for operational efficiency
•Establish monitoring tools and KPI dashboards for performance tracking
