Anforderungen
- •Experience in accounting or finance
- •Experience within an international organisation ideally
- •Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks
- •Accurate work and attention to detail
- •Confident use of Microsoft Excel
- •Experience with ERP systems
- •Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (OR)

- •Process employee expense claims and supplier invoices
- •Manage payments and corporate credit card transactions
- •Audit staff travel and expense claims
- •Monitor and reconcile petty cash expenses
- •Process reminders and statements of account
- •Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items
- •Book financial transactions and reconcile subsidiary accounts
- •Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
- •Implement and maintain financial policies and guidelines
- •Improve finance processes and internal controls
- •Provide administrative support to the finance team
- •Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses
- •Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
- •Provide guidance on day-to-day finance matters
