Anforderungen
- •Apprenticeship with over 7 years of professional experience or academic degree in business administration with more than 5 years of professional experience
- •Expert know-how of financial areas including Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, Controlling, SW business models, SW licensing
- •Very good understanding of P&L and balance sheet
- •Track record of successful project delivery in complex environments including expert know-how of project management tools and frameworks
- •Excellent knowledge of (inter)national contract law and ability to negotiate complex contracts
- •Very good understanding of technical aspects of the project
- •Excellent understanding of effects of own position on group and external reporting
- •Forward and entrepreneurial thinking, proactive and critical questioning
- •Excellent communication and moderation skills
- •Flexible, agile and solution-oriented mind-set

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead financial project management
- •Develop business plans for complex cross-divisional projects
- •Act as a financial co-pilot for the Project Manager
- •Serve as the single point of contact for Finance topics
- •Regularly update the Project Manager on financial status
- •Challenge project methods to enhance quality and efficiency
- •Review customer acquisitions and prepare commercial proposals
- •Determine requirements and select projects based on economic and technical factors
- •Prepare and negotiate complex proposals and contracts
- •Conduct technical, economic, and ecological assessments of projects
- •Address special cases involving customer complexity or exports
- •Develop new business and licensing models for SDD
- •Prepare complex calculations and price breakdowns for proposals
- •Plan and execute high-complexity projects with a focus on milestones
- •Monitor contract fulfillment and subcontractor performance
- •Resolve critical escalations during the warranty period
- •Support business planning and periodic closing activities
- •Introduce new methodologies for project steering
- •Report project status in relevant committees
- •Manage end-to-end project planning and adjustments from a financial perspective
