•10+ years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs
•5+ years in program or transformation management roles
•Proven track record in greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations
•Experience working with System Integrators and external partners
•Knowledge of program governance, dependency mapping, and risk management
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
