Anforderungen

•Master’s or PhD in engineering, materials science, pharmaceutical technology, or related discipline
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable position, ideally within primary packaging, medical device, combination product development, or pharmaceutical industries
•Experience with radioligand therapies (RLT) is a significant plus
•Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a global, matrixed organization
•Strong communication and negotiation abilities
•Effective collaboration across different functional areas
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
