- •Several years of experience in managing post-merger integration projects
- •Proven experience in leading international, cross-functional project teams
- •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- •Ownership of topics and independent execution
- •High degree of autonomy and effective collaboration within teams
- •Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support national and international M&A and PMI projects
- •Ensure implementation of group-wide integration standards
- •Define the target operating model
- •Develop project-specific integration strategies
- •Lead the cross-functional post-merger integration project team
- •Implement the DKV Mobility Group’s integration strategy with business units
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders on M&A and PMI topics
- •Further develop existing PMI concepts, methods, tools, and best practices
- •Build tracking and reporting for the post-merger integration process
- •Align tracking and reporting closely with management
