- •Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- •Experience in community engagement and open-source contributions
- •Distinguished university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- •Excellent programming skills with 3+ years of experience in software development roles
- •Proficiency in Kubernetes extension concepts
- •Solid understanding of container technologies and Kubernetes
- •High proficiency in English; German language skill is beneficial

- •Act as a technical multiplier for the Infrastructure-as-Data paradigm shift
- •Contribute to evolving the platform's core capabilities
- •Enhance the Kubernetes API of the Cloud Orchestrator Platform
- •Develop and maintain Kubernetes operators and IaD providers
- •Enable declarative infrastructure management
- •Design and engineer an automated bootstrapping control plane
- •Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient software lifecycle management
- •Improve code quality and enhance system observability
- •Seek opportunities for cost efficiency across platform services
- •Engage with the internal community and external cloud-native ecosystem
- •Provide technical support to internal stakeholders
