- •MSc in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Psychology, Product Design, or Mechanical Engineering
- •Several years of job experience in HFE field, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- •Human Factors Engineering including regulations
- •Project Management
- •Technical Writing

- •Design and perform Human Factors Engineering activities
- •Lead the issuance of HFE deliverables
- •Support the development of user requirements
- •Translate user capabilities into design inputs
- •Plan and identify use-related hazards for risk management
- •Manage formative and summative evaluations with vendors
- •Communicate HFE challenges and risks to stakeholders
- •Provide design recommendations based on HFE insights
- •Develop labeling and instructional materials with the design team
- •Establish HFE best practices and share lessons learned
- •Create processes and templates for HFE application
- •Disseminate HFE knowledge within the organization
- •Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
- •Support health authority communications and submission dossiers
- •Assist with internal and external audits on medical devices
- •Prepare documentation for Medical Device registration
