Senior Expert (m/f/d) Group Purchasing Processes & Projects (P2P) ### What we achieve together * **Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes** **(focus on indirect purchasing)** within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards! * **Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department**, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems * As part of the **Digital Process World Team** (DPW) you will work on the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world * **Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential** to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions * **Develop and implement** best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness * **Design, train and support our Procurement and P2P teams** on new processes and tools to maximize their success * **Create impactful reports and presentations** to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible ### What makes us successful together * **Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field** * **Several years of experience in purchasing,** P2P and supply chain management * Sound experience with purchasing software and tools * **Proven experience in project management**, including change management and **process optimization** * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration * **Business fluent in German and English** ### What you can count on * **Salary:** We offer an attractive remuneration package in accordance with the NRW IG Metall collective wage agreement, including vacation pay and Christmas bonus * **Buy vacation days:** Whether you need a longer break for a vacation, more time with your family or simply a break from your daily work routine - purchasing additional vacation days gives you the chance to take an extended break * **Long-term account:** Save up vacation days or salary components and convert them into time - with the Vaillant long-term account, we offer you more flexibility and room for your personal life planning * **Hybrid Work:** We offer our employees the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
