Both are us. 15hrs/week - Senior Expert (m/f/d) Group Purchasing Processes & Projects (P2P) ### What we achieve together * In this **part-time role**, as a Senior Expert (m/f/d), you will support optimization of purchasing processes and tools within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle * **Support exciting projects** **to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our purchasing department**, including change management for the successful implementation of new processes and systems * As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you will support on **optimizing and transforming the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world** * **Support our employees in purchasing and P2P** regarding new processes and tools to maximize their success * **Create engaging reports and presentations for progress tracking** and performance measurement that make our achievements visible ### What makes us successful together * **Qualification:** You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field * **Experience:** You possess several years of experience in purchasing, P2P, and supply chain management, as well as solid experience with purchasing software and tools * **Expertise:** You also have proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization * **Skills:** You have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities * **Personality:** You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, paired with a passion for collaboration * **Language Skills:** You have business-fluent German and English language skills ### What makes us special * **Mobile Work:** We offer our employees the opportunity to work on a mobile basis.
