Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
•Proven experience as a Federation Engineer or in a similar role
•Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
•Certifications would be a plus
•Solid knowledge of federation platform features and functionalities
•Knowledge of user lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Strong language skills in English written and spoken
•German language skills would be advantageous

•Develop and maintain custom authentication experiences using Okta APIs

•Troubleshoot and resolve federation authentication and authorization issues
•Monitor and optimize the scalability and performance of federation infrastructure
•Provide technical guidance and support on federation-related topics
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
•Document federation configurations, processes, and procedures
