# (Senior) Engineer - Electrical Simulation Modeling (m/f/d)
**Your Tasks**
* Developing models of the electrical characteristics of generation units in order to comply with (inter-) national grid codes and guidelines
* Validation and evaluation of wind turbine simulation models
* Preparation of the external model validation within the certification process of the electrical properties
* Support of the simulation models to internal and external stakeholder
* Preparation and review of technical documents
* Automatisation of validation and verification tasks
* Participation in or support of (inter-) national committees in modeling and validation procedures
**Your Qualifications**
* Successfully completed Master or Dipl. Ing. studies in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on power engineering, control engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the grid integration of generation plants
* Know-how of power engineering, control engineering or power electronics
* Experience with RMS or EMT modelling in at least one simulation software like PSCAD or DigSilent Powerfactory
* Knowledge of Matlab, Python as well as any other simulation software like PSS/E, EMTP-RV and EMTP-ATP is appreciated
* Experience in the development of frequency domain simulation models (harmonic models) will be an added advantage
* Good written and spoken German and English
