Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- •At least 3 years of professional experience as an engineer in a developer role
- •Successful conceptualization, design, and launch of printed circuit boards with eCAD software
- •Proficiency in electronic debugging, EMC debugging, laboratory measurements, and signal processing
- •Experience with software development or scripting solutions for testing and debugging electronics
- •Knowledge of two or more technologies: Embedded software development (C, C++), Embedded computing solutions (ARM-based SoCs), High-speed PCB design, AC motor control and inverter topologies, EMC-optimized PCB/system design & EMC-related regulatory compliance

- •Lead PCBA development projects from ideation to testing
- •Optimize existing designs and create new ones from scratch
- •Challenge and improve current designs with expert knowledge
- •Collaborate with Software and Mechanical Engineering teams
- •Contribute to department structure, processes, and scalability
- •Document technical work and manage tasks transparently
- •Plan projects and supervise timelines
- •Take ownership of system components and manage requirements
- •Execute full development cycles, including release
- •Finalize board bring-up and validation testing phases
- •Share knowledge of electronics design and establish best practices
- •Understand EGYM's product portfolio and technical hardware solutions
- •Engage in EGYM's open working environment and feedback culture
