•Maintain SQX as an attractive marketplace
•Collaborate on proprietary trading and risk systems
•Drive quantitative research initiatives
•Ensure product quality and continuous improvement
•Facilitate new business initiatives
•Monitor risk PnL and inventory
•Adjust system configuration as needed
•Assess client flow and provide liquidity
•Optimize sourced liquidity through proactive liaison
•Utilize analytical tools for data-driven conclusions
•Ensure system performance and consult IT when necessary
•Act as backup for Digital Assets Traders
