- •Ensure a network of trading counterparties
- •Maintain SQX as an attractive marketplace
- •Collaborate on proprietary trading and risk systems
- •Drive quantitative research initiatives
- •Ensure product quality and continuous improvement
- •Facilitate new business initiatives
- •Monitor risk PnL and inventory
- •Adjust system configuration as needed
- •Assess client flow and provide liquidity
- •Optimize sourced liquidity through proactive liaison
- •Utilize analytical tools for data-driven conclusions
- •Ensure system performance and consult IT when necessary
- •Act as backup for Digital Assets Traders
