Senior Director Verification & Test(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a global team focused on verification and testing, driving strategies to enhance testing efficiency and automation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with development teams and fostering long-term partnerships with external providers.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in engineering in computer science, electronics, physics, medical technology, or comparable education
• •More than 5 years of professional experience in R&D, particularly in verification, mechatronic systems, and software
• •Experience in leading global teams, preferably in a matrix organization
• •Experience in planning and managing resources to achieve specified goals
• •Expertise in processes, procedures, and specifications in verification and test management
• •Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D and product management
• •Knowledge of compliance requirements and ensuring compliance
• •Dialysis relevant product knowledge and medical basics desirable
• •Strong in optimizing work processes
• •Motivating employees and managers using various methods and social skills
• •Excellent German and English language skills
