Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • •At least 5-7 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or similar role
  • •Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Proficiency in financial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, BI tools) and advanced Excel skills
  • •Fluency in both English and German

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead the Group Performance Management Team with up to 4 Associates in FP&A
  • •Act as a business partner for segments, regions, and global functions on FP&A matters
  • •Develop and execute key performance management processes for budget and forecast cycles
  • •Recommend budget KPIs such as sales growth, adjusted EBITDA, and cash flow to executive leadership
  • •Coordinate the planning process with regional leadership and functional stakeholders
  • •Analyze and evaluate key value drivers to provide actionable insights
  • •Track progress against budget and forecast targets
  • •Analyze variances and propose actions to achieve performance goals
  • •Prepare analyses and reports on the financial performance of the Stada Group
  • •Develop new KPIs for performance measurement
