Anforderungen
- •10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- •At least 4 years in a leadership role managing PMM or Customer Marketing teams
- •Experience in Cybersecurity, HR Tech, or L&D
- •Proven track record of defining categories and positioning complex products
- •Experience driving NRR through customer marketing
- •Ability to analyze churn data and win/loss reports
- •Experience building repeatable launch playbooks in high-growth environments
- •Understanding of human psychology behind product use

- •Translate complex technical features into human-centric value propositions
- •Lead market intelligence to understand the 'Human Factor' in security
- •Build and operationalize a tiered launch framework for product releases
- •Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement assets
- •Embed AI within the PMM function for research and content creation
- •Orchestrate a unified GTM engine to align product roadmaps with market needs
- •Drive Net Revenue Retention by building a customer marketing machine
- •Scale and mentor a high-performing PMM and Customer Marketing team
- •Develop strategies for adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell
- •Lead the strategy for Customer Advisory Boards and advocacy programs
- •Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn through effective communication
- •Manage and grow a diverse team of Product and Customer Marketers
- •Act as the 'glue' between departments to ensure alignment
- •Represent SoSafe as a thought leader at industry events and meetings
