•Advanced university degree (PhD, MD, or MBA) with in-depth experience in data sciences and technology partnering
•Strong experience in alliance management and business development
•Long-term professional experience in digital transformation, healthcare, and technology industries
•Strong leadership capabilities and embodiment of Bayer LIFE values
•Ability to thrive in a global matrix organization and drive complex projects
•Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
•Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel

•Manage alliances with external partners
•Oversee project governance and participate in Joint Steering Committees
•Launch new alliance kick-off and integration activities
•Develop strong relationships with counterparts
•Familiarize with major operational issues related to the alliance
•Facilitate dispute avoidance and resolution
•Establish a center of internal excellence for alliance management
•Ensure compliance with Bayer governance standards
•Participate in alliance management health checks and audits
•Collaborate on new agreements and partnerships
•Establish alliance charters for managed alliances
•Familiarize with best external practices to optimize Alliance Management
