Anforderungen
- •Degree in marketing, business, engineering, health IT, or similar
- •10–15+ years of experience in downstream marketing in medtech, digital health, or software
- •At least 5 years of leadership experience with senior marketing teams
- •Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- •Deep understanding of imaging, OR integration, or digital software ecosystems
- •Experience with software lifecycle marketing, SaaS, or hybrid hardware-software platforms
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- •High conflict resolution skills and integrative working style
- •Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- •Strong ability to anticipate complex market movements and trends
- •International mindset and fluent English; other languages an advantage
