  • •Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team
  • •Spearhead formulation and manufacturing process development for small molecule animal health products
  • •Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for Formulation Development
  • •Align strategies with Elanco's pipeline objectives
  • •Provide expert oversight and coaching for formulation development activities
  • •Ensure timely achievement of project milestones
  • •Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, and cross-functional teams
  • •Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and commitments
