- •Prepare monthly management reports for the Board and shareholders
- •Analyze performance and key performance indicators
- •Coordinate global closing, forecasting, and planning processes
- •Provide group-wide standard reports and reporting guidelines
- •Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements
- •Manage consolidation and complex accounting topics
- •Act as the primary contact for auditors
- •Coordinate capital measures and execute dividend processes
- •Manage treasury reporting activities
- •Support M&A activities and process automation projects
- •Drive improvement opportunities within the finance organization
- •Lead and develop a team of ten employees
- •Collaborate with parent company functions and global departments
