- •Proven ability to build FP&A capabilities and management P&L structures

- •Build the European FP&A infrastructure
- •Design and implement a robust FP&A operating model
- •Create and manage European management P&L structures
- •Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- •Ensure transparency in the European OpEx budget
- •Partner with Global FP&A for harmonized planning processes
- •Serve as a key lead on financial systems and planning tool implementations
- •Oversee financial reviews of Europe-related contracts
- •Collaborate with Accounting on management reporting
- •Act as a strategic finance partner to European business leaders
- •Analyze and communicate financial performance and trends
- •Provide insights on Actuals vs. Budget / Forecast
- •Partner with Commercial & Analytics teams for market research
- •Establish a partnership with the Finance & Accounting Sr. Director
- •Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes
- •Provide financial leadership on strategic initiatives
- •Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
- •Partner with General and Country Managers on financial processes
- •Develop financial training programs for stakeholders
- •Evaluate European business planning organizational structure
- •Promote collaboration and transparency within the organization
