Anforderungen
- •Scientific university degree
- •Solid knowledge in business development and good network in biopharmaceutical industry in Asia
- •Expertise and experience in development or production of biopharmaceuticals
- •Experience dealing with complex molecules such as monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins
- •Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- •Intercultural competence and ability to build sustainable relationships with international business partners
- •High level of entrepreneurial thinking
- •Willingness to travel
- •Excellent presentation skills
- •Knowledge of project management methods

Deine Aufgaben
- •Acquire new customers in Asian markets
- •Secure new projects from existing customers
- •Identify business opportunities and partnerships in Japan, South Korea, and China
- •Analyze regional market trends and regulatory requirements
- •Represent the Rentschler brand at trade fairs
- •Initiate and coordinate customer visits with specialized departments
- •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on projects
- •Manage communication with customers from initial contact to contract conclusion
- •Negotiate framework agreements and commercial supply contracts
- •Ensure total order intake in the area of responsibility
- •Monitor international biopharmaceutical markets for new technologies
