- •Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial business processes
- •Experience working with commercial teams in FMCG, OTC, Pharma or Healthcare
- •In-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and digital enablers
- •Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- •Proven track record in driving digital business transformation
- •Commercial mindset and ability to evaluate business impact of digital initiatives
- •Excellent communication skills, team orientation, adaptability, and proactive approach
- •Sound understanding of data-driven products, APIs, platforms, and analytics technologies
- •Experience with agile methodologies and end-to-end project management
- •Familiarity with global digital standards and governance frameworks
- •Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts
- •Strong system and process affinity
- •University degree in Digital & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
- •Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
