•Engineering degree

•Experience in offshore Transport and Installation
•Knowledge about offshore installation vessels, tools, methodologies, and codes
•Experience with execution of Transport and Installation projects
•Experience in Cable Installation projects
•Strong technical understanding
•Positive mindset, self-motivation, and resilience
•Flexible and proactive approach
•Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously

•Create suitable T&I setups for development projects
•Develop associated CAPEX budgets and documentation
•Lead building block development for future potentials
•Discuss new methodologies with suppliers
•Drive collaboration between the Transportation & Installation Engineering department and stakeholders
•Support Installation Engineers with expertise on methodologies and concepts
•Assist in execution, O&M, or decommissioning projects
