Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- •At least 7 years of experience in equipment development
- •Strong expertise in industrial equipment design
- •Hands-on experience in building lab-scale hardware
- •Proven track record of innovation and rapid prototyping
- •In-depth knowledge of detail design and industrialisation
- •Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
- •Familiarity with sorbents and thermal separation technologies is a plus
- •Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
- •Strong communication skills with entrepreneurial mindset

- •Invent and design new CO₂ collector systems.
- •Prototype and test concepts and sub-systems.
- •Design and execute experiments to validate concepts.
- •Troubleshoot issues and optimize designs.
- •Collaborate with sorbent and process experts.
- •Align material and process properties with mechanical implementation.
- •Scale up from lab to pilot to industrial scale.
- •Balance performance, reliability, and CAPEX.
- •Work with the Industrialisation team on engineering and compliance.
- •Document designs, learnings, and failures.
- •Monitor industry advancements and contribute to intellectual property.
- •Drive collaboration and manage technical and non-technical risks.
- •Set clear priorities for team alignment.
