Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • •At least 7 years of experience in equipment development
  • •Strong expertise in industrial equipment design
  • •Hands-on experience in building lab-scale hardware
  • •Proven track record of innovation and rapid prototyping
  • •In-depth knowledge of detail design and industrialisation
  • •Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
  • •Familiarity with sorbents and thermal separation technologies is a plus
  • •Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
  • •Strong communication skills with entrepreneurial mindset

  • •Invent and design new CO₂ collector systems.
  • •Prototype and test concepts and sub-systems.
  • •Design and execute experiments to validate concepts.
  • •Troubleshoot issues and optimize designs.
  • •Collaborate with sorbent and process experts.
  • •Align material and process properties with mechanical implementation.
  • •Scale up from lab to pilot to industrial scale.
  • •Balance performance, reliability, and CAPEX.
  • •Work with the Industrialisation team on engineering and compliance.
  • •Document designs, learnings, and failures.
  • •Monitor industry advancements and contribute to intellectual property.
  • •Drive collaboration and manage technical and non-technical risks.
  • •Set clear priorities for team alignment.
