•Strong experience developing in Go or Python
•Kubernetes and/or OpenStack expertise
•Hands-on experience operating and developing for Kubernetes in production
•Strong OpenStack development/operations background
•Familiarity with the broader CNCF landscape
•Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform
•Expertise in Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
•5+ years of software development experience
•Excellent communication abilities
•Strong enthusiasm for contributing to open-source projects
•Awareness of industry standards related to security and compliance
•Experience working across cultures and languages
•Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
