Anforderungen

  • •Passion for data
  • •Experience analyzing large amounts of data using modern tools
  • •B.Sc. / Eng. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science / Informatics with excellent record
  • •Experience with public cloud architecture and cloud strategy
  • •Very strong programming and architecture experience in cloud environments
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience as a senior cloud developer and architect
  • •Experience in large scale data-analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, machine learning and data-science frameworks)
  • •Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and k8s
  • •Team player with proven ability to work with teams of different disciplines
  • •Experience with AI frameworks and tools is highly desired
  • •Knowledge of machine learning concepts is highly desired
  • •Fluent English is a must (both written and verbal)
  • •FinOps background is an advantage
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • •Knowledge of SAP HANA and analytics tools preferred
  • •Experience working in and with distributed and diverse teams is highly desired
  • •Required to arrive to the office 3 days a week
  • •3+ years’ work experience as an architect, in addition to at least 5 years of hands-on development experience
  • •Expected travel: 0 - 10%

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Define and develop tools for large-scale data analysis using machine learning and AI
  • •Plan the roadmap for cloud resource adoption based on price/performance and demand
  • •Implement automatic classification and recommendations for optimal resource allocation
  • •Create cloud services for smarter resource management
  • •Formalize the TCO methodology for the SAP HD&P business unit
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams, COO, and cloud providers
  • •Serve as the technical lead for the TCO team
  • •Architect frameworks and solutions for analyzing and improving TCO
  • •Integrate various data sources with leading cloud providers to reduce SAP cloud costs
  • •Define best practices to minimize TCO for SAP cloud services
  • •Guide and mentor junior team members
  • •Work with HD&P engineering groups to embed TCO-aware designs from early phases
  • •Leverage advanced technologies like GenAI, machine learning, and HANA
  • •Drive new ideas to reduce TCO and influence business success
