•Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks
•Experience building and deploying GenAI solutions
•Familiarity with Databricks AI/GenAI stack
•Strong Python skills and understanding of LLMs
•Comfort working with unstructured data
•Excellent collaboration and communication skills
•Fluent German & English communication skills
•Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
•Familiarity with Lakehouse AI and Databricks MosaicML
•Background in NLP, question answering, or GenAI product development

Deine Aufgaben

•Design and implement GenAI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform
•Leverage LLMs, embedding models, and vector search capabilities
•Build and maintain RAG pipelines, including text preprocessing and embedding generation
•Retrieve data using vector databases
•Work with Databricks’ Foundation Model APIs and MLflow to prototype GenAI applications
•Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to create impactful GenAI use cases
•Evaluate and fine-tune foundation models and manage prompt engineering
•Optimize performance of GenAI solutions
•Contribute to the development of GenAI best practices in model selection, security, governance, and cost-efficiency
