# Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) ## YOUR ROLE We are seeking highly motivated Data Scientists specialized in GenAI, to join our growing team in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful development and implementation of AI Solutions for our clients in the financial services sector, by evaluating the latest trends in GenAI. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. * Researching and evaluating the latest trends in GenAI, including state-of-the-art models and tools such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI innovations in order to provide expert guidance to achieve organizational goals; * Conducting experiments on new AI tooling and methodologies to assess their feasibility and potential impact; * Reverse engineering, reconstructing, and analyzing current AI trends to understand their underlying mechanics; * Collaborating closely with a dedicated Product Owner within client team, as part of a use-case team, and delegating the implementation of validated tools and solutions to Python engineers for production deployment. ## YOUR PROFILE * Engineering Master degree is a must; PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field with touchpoints in GenAI from a leading technical university such as e.g. ETH Zurich would be a strong plus; * Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, with hands-on experience with large language models API (LLMs), and advanced prompt engineering; * Strong research capabilities with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and experiment with new AI technologies; * Banking knowledge or understanding would be highly valuable; * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers and product teams; * English is mandatory; German and/or French is a strong plus. ## WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE? * Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth; * Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance; * Harness the strength of diverse teams, fostering innovation and inclusive collaboration; * We offer additional benefits such as 5 weeks of vacation, Employee referral bonus, Company shares program and Annual contribution to a fitness subscription.
