Anforderungen

  • •University degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Mathematics
  • •At least two years of applied knowledge in data analytics using cloud-based data platforms like DataBricks in an MS Azure environment
  • •Proficiency in software development and programming Python, C++, SQL
  • •Understanding of automotive software development processes and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, SOTIF)
  • •Familiarity with multi-task learning, sensor fusion, or end-to-end AI systems
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus

  • •Utilize scalable data pipelines for ML model training and validation
  • •Specify multi-sensor data needs and track data availability
  • •Train and compare AI model variants, analyzing their performance
  • •Conduct structured performance analyses to identify data gaps and relevant problem cases
  • •Perform data selection and curation to enhance AI model performance
  • •Define and implement KPIs to validate model performance
  • •Design and implement data quality checks and inspections
  • •Create and maintain dashboards for data set and model performance visualization
  • •Develop and maintain components and tool plugins for performance analysis visualization
  • •Participate in specification and testing of software components according to process standards
