- •Master's degree in Data Science, IT, Data Architecture, or similar
- •Minimum 10 years experience in data governance
- •Experience in defining and establishing data quality rules
- •Ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organization
- •Ability to lead, inspire, and empower teams
- •Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience in high-pressure situations
- •Fluent English language skills, German is a plus

- •Establish E-Data Governance directive across the company
- •Develop and implement environmental data governance policies
- •Define internal data ownership and accountabilities
- •Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- •Create the Environmental Data Blueprint
- •Establish data standards, processes, and policies
- •Dictate how data should be captured, processed, stored, analyzed, and reported
- •Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving sustainability standards
- •Identify strategic elaboration for reporting and development potentials
- •Advocate for Henkel's approaches in external initiatives and associations
- •Define and drive Environmental Data Quality strategy and roadmaps
- •Establish data governance awareness to upskill the organization
- •Implement and track progress of Data Quality improvement plans
- •Collaborate with Data Owners and stakeholders
- •Review and confirm methodological changes and new data processes
