Anforderungen
- •E-commerce experience with understanding of product and business metrics
- •AB testing experience in agile environments
- •Experience in building metrics and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, R or Python
- •Confidence in working with DBT, Redshift and/or Snowflake
- •Experience with Mixpanel or other analytics tooling
- •Strong agile prioritization, communication and coordination skills
- •Resilience and confidence in working with stakeholders in high-pressure situations
- •Ability to understand business requirements and translate into data driven decisions
- •Willingness to think outside the box and check for data consistency

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the product team in running AB tests
- •Participate in test design, preparation, analysis, and recommendations
- •Oversee tracking for new webshop features and AB testing
- •Conduct analyses on landing pages, account verification, churn rate, chargebacks, and new features
- •Develop and automate dashboards in Tableau or other analytics tools
- •Liaise with Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, and Brand teams
- •Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on testing ideas and analysis
- •Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various performance areas
