Anforderungen
- •Solid understanding of data architectures, data warehouses, data lakes, and modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- •Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), data governance, and AI-powered analytics
- •Knowledge of streaming and real-time data processing (Kafka, Airflow, Kinesis)
- •Programming languages: Python, SQL (Spark or Scala is a plus)
- •Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API)
- •Understanding of regulatory requirements and data security policies
- •German (Native), English (C1+)
- •Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into components
- •Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts simply
- •Structured Work Approach: Experience in methodical requirement analysis
- •Persuasiveness: Ability to advise customers and enable decisions
- •Collaboration: Close interaction with internal teams
- •Industry Knowledge: Experience in the media sector or ability to adapt
- •Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
- •5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML consulting
- •Experience in consulting and presales, ideally with direct customer interaction
- •Industry knowledge in media companies or other data-driven industries

Deine Aufgaben
- •Participate in initial customer meetings to identify requirements and business objectives
- •Analyze customer briefings to extract key challenges and identify missing information
- •Develop a rebriefing to align understanding with the customer
- •Create solution approaches for Data, AI, and ML projects using cloud technologies
- •Define necessary infrastructure, data architecture, and machine learning pipelines
- •Prepare a technical solution proposal, including team composition and estimated timeline
- •Support the Commercial Team in preparing proposals with technical rationale
- •Present solutions clearly for various stakeholders, both technical and business
- •Clarify technical and commercial questions during the proposal process
- •Execute Data, AI, and ML projects, preferably in agile teams
- •Quickly grasp challenges in the media industry and develop industry-specific solutions
