## Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d) - Retention (Remote)
**Your Mission:**

As our CRM Manager, you will own the retention strategy for our mobile apps and web platforms. You'll design and execute campaigns that turn first-time users into long-term advocates.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design & implement lifecycle strategies across channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-App) with high personalization and automation.
* Build segmented retention campaigns to re-engage users and increase LTV.
* Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to improve engagement, reduce churn, and optimize journeys.
* Collaborate with Product & Tech to align CRM with new feature rollouts and growth loops.
* Analyze customer behavior and KPIs, translating insights into actionable CRM tactics.
* Manage tools like Braze or similar, continuously improving setup and workflows.
## Requirements
**Your Profile:**
* 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention, ideally in B2C digital or e-commerce platforms.
* Strong experience with email marketing, segmentation & automation tools (Braze).
* Analytical mindset: you love diving into data and KPIs to improve campaign performance.
* Experience in building customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels.
