•5+ years of experience in law firm and corporation
•Working experience with European labor and commercial laws
•Solid knowledge of German labor law regulations
•Excellent judgment and discretion
•Strong coaching and communication skills

•Superb organizational skills
•Pragmatic mindset with solution exploration
•Law degree from reputable German university
•Fluent in English and German, ideally one additional language

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams for legal input
•Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
•Proactively prevent legal issues and disputes
