Senior Counsel, European Employment and Labor(m/w/x)

In this role, you will provide essential legal support on a wide range of European labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance and guiding HR teams while collaborating with various business units to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.

• •5+ years of experience in law firm and corporation
• •Working experience with European labor and commercial laws and regulatory framework
• •Solid knowledge of German collective and individual labor law regulations
• •Excellent judgment, discretion, and risk assessment
• •Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills
• •Approachable, collegial, and collaborative approach
• •Accountable and proactive self-starter
• •Superb organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• •Pragmatic mindset with willingness to explore solutions
• •Law degree from reputable German university and admission to practice law in Germany
• •Fluent in English and German and ideally one additional European language
