While your projects at **SEEK** provide opportunities to build specific new skills, we also conduct regular internal trainings and sponsor external trainings as well. ##### ABOUT YOUR ROLE As **Senior Controller**, you will be working directly with the Company and Group leadership team to drive our growing business with currently approx. 35 local and 14 international consultants in all controlling matters. You will support upgrading our operational and financial reporting to next level, work closely with the project managers on project bids and project controlling, as well as supporting the implementation of relevant systems/ tools (our chosen ERP system Deltek Maconomy). We have been growing as a global social impact consultancy in recent years and want to further expand our offering. Therefore, we are looking for a capable Senior Controller with a passion for the fast-paced consulting world and the motivation to support the development of humanity towards more equal opportunities worldwide. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Responsibility for controlling our consulting projects across the entire lifecycle from proposal writing to invoicing. * Proactive communication as business partner to our project managers on issues relating to customer contracts, project budgets, invoicing and internal regulations. * Leading the company-wide revenue planning and controlling including improvements of reporting processes and formats vis-à-vis the Group. * Support the implementation and administration of software / tools (ERP: Deltek Maconomy) * Further development of our PowerBI reporting system ##### ABOUT YOU WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE: * A degree in economics, preferably with a focus on controlling/finance * Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling * Experience in operational and financial reporting, KPI monitoring and building/ optimizing dashboards (e.g., in PowerBI) * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data from different sources * Team player with great communication skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and basic knowledge of PowerBI * Prior experience with ERP systems / tools is a plus (e.g. Deltek Maconomy) * Fluent in English, German is a plus ##### WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER * A yearly gross salary between 60,000 and 75,000 Euro - depending on the level of experience * Unique chance to drive social impact in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial global development consultancy and work on relevant and pressing topics * International environment and high-profile senior clients * Opportunity to shape an impact-driven and fast-growing company * Steep learning curve * Contribution to UrbanSportsClub and the public transportation ticket * Female leadership and diverse team * Hybrid and flexible working model * Company sponsored Pension Fund and other offers e.g. bike lease scheme ##### DIVERSITY STATEMENT As an equal opportunity employer, we at **SEEK** are committed to a diverse, inclusive and healthy work environment.
