- •Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG, trading, or manufacturing
- •Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and LucaNet
- •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, German is a plus
- •Business partner mindset with a proactive hands-on approach
- •Experience in corporate controlling and business partnering
- •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
- •Strong communication skills in national and international contexts
- •Negotiation-level English skills, good German skills

- •Partner with the Finance Director to manage financial performance
- •Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities
- •Deliver high-quality reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- •Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
- •Contribute to investment and performance improvement initiatives
- •Enhance and standardize controlling processes
- •Drive automation and digitalization using Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet
- •Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics, and the Management Board
