Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage all commercial aspects of the Business Transformation department
- •Control delivery of commercial contracts and framework agreements
- •Lead regular checks on contractual progress for milestone payments
- •Ensure timely payments to suppliers
- •Oversee the Change Request/work order process for alignment with contracts
- •Manage the Exception process to prevent contractual issues
- •Coordinate with the Project Manager to capture legacy contract details
- •Analyze existing local contracts to support cost-effective rollouts
- •Administer procurement processes using standard tools and ERP systems
- •Create and manage department Purchase Orders for smooth invoice processing
- •Establish and enforce adherence to procurement processes
- •Act as Regional Process Owner for Source-to-Pay operations
- •Support PO creators with first-level issue resolution
