Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for smart plan operations * **Consulting experience:** Up to 5 years of management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors. Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools is preferred * **Conceptual talent**: Structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation * **Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level).
