# Senior Consultant (f/m/d) SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) joining the Center of Expertise (CoE)
**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced and committed colleague to strengthen our team, with a focus on the application SAP Master Data Governance.
The core task of the CoE (Center of Expertise) is to support customers with Premium Engagement contracts (MaxAttention) through targeted service delivery.
In your new role, you can expect the following tasks, among others:
* Service Delivery: Delivering remote and on-site services to our global and mid-market customers across Europe.
Very good written and spoken English skills are required.
* Process Optimization: Design, analysis, and optimization of complex business processes, as well as error analysis in heterogeneous system landscapes with a focus on SAP MDG and optionally SAP Master Data Integration (MDI).
* Leadership: Functional leadership of a delivery team in the context of service deliveries and escalations. This includes training and mentoring of young colleagues in our team.
The constantly changing customer situations require high degree of flexibility and individual approach to each new customer. However, this is also what makes our job so appealing. Regular travel to the extent of approx. 20-30% is required.
**YOUR PROFILE**
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrate very good knowledge of SAP MDG (and optionally MDI), regarding business processes, integration, and implementation.
* Programming Skills: Possess good knowledge of the programming language ABAP.
* Analytical Skills: Have strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and excellent SAP system analysis capabilities.
* Customer Management: Hands-on experience in customer management, implementation, service delivery, and/or project management is a plus.
* Communication: Possess a confident and friendly appearance and strong communication skills. Business fluent English (both written and spoken) are essential. Good written and spoken German skills are a plus.
* Learning Mindset: Show a high and continuous willingness to learn.

We support our customers throughout the planning and design phases, analyse and solve critical problems, and ensure reliable quality assurance of the results and action plans created. Providing subject matter expertise during escalations is a core aspect of our responsibilities.
