- •Relevant master’s degree from a leading university with strong academic results
- •Significant experience in management consulting
- •5–8 years of experience for Senior Consultant level
- •10+ years of experience for Partner level
- •Proven track record in commercial strategy and transformation
- •Experience working with senior client stakeholders
- •Demonstrated ability to originate, sell, and grow consulting engagements
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
