We are all role models of empowerment, empathy, and respect. ## Bring to life what's next * Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR. * Programme and project management in national and international environments. * Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations. * Support and implementation of organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization. * Planning and management of training measures. * Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. ## Your qualifications * **Academic excellence**: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology. * **Industry knowledge**: several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes. * **Consulting experience**: practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment. * **Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken).
