Anforderungen
- •Initial experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry (2-5 years)
- •Understanding of insurance or reinsurance business models, core processes, and regulatory landscape
- •Experience in requirements engineering, including stakeholder alignment, documentation, and validation
- •Exposure to agile delivery environments
- •Strong analytical and communication skills
- •Motivation to learn and take responsibilities
- •Strong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
- •Fluency in English; German strongly preferred; Swiss German or other languages are a plus
